HSBC InvestDirect allots 168500 Equity Shares

HSBC InvestDirect (India) Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors of the Company vide resolution passed on January 20, 2010 has allotted 168,500 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each [consideration Rs. 180/- per share, including premium of Rs. 170/- per share] upon exercise of option granted under the Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2006 (ESOP-2006).

The stock closed the day at Rs.247.75, up by Rs.2.80 or 1.14%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.255 and low of Rs.240.10.

The total traded quantity was 3157 compared to 2 week average of 1342.
