Filatex India to approve issue of warrants on Jan 18, 2010

Filatex India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 18, 2010, to consider and approve the issue of Warrants convertible into Equity Shares by way of Preferential Issue to the Promoters / Promoter Group as per the statutory guidelines. The same shall however be subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Extra Ordinary General Meeting.

The Stock closed the day at Rs.38.65, down by Rs.0.90 or 2.28%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.40.50 and low of Rs.37.30.

The total traded quantity was 32064 compared to 2 week average of 20325.
