JIK Industries allots 1.7 crore FCBs

JIK Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 14, 2010, inter alia, has considered and approved the issue of 1,50,00,000 Fully Convertible Bonds of Rs. 10/- each to Promoter / Associates as per the terms of Hon'ble BIFR Orders.

The Board also approved issue of 20,00,000 Fully Convertible Bonds of Rs. 100/- each to other than Promoter as per the terms of Hon'ble BIFR Orders.

The Stock was trading at Rs.20.35, up by Rs.1.05 or 5.44%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.21.20 and low of Rs.19.65.

The total traded quantity was 27993 compared to 2 week average of 13755.
