Farmax Retail approves allotment of 32 lakh shares

Farmax Retail (India) Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 11, 2010, inter alia, has considered and approved the allotment of 32,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each consequent to conversion of equity warrants issued to the under non-promoter category.

The stock closed the day at Rs.172.90, down by Rs.0.25 or 0.14%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.175.25 and low of Rs.171.

The total traded quantity was 32853 compared to 2 week average of 90494.
