Neha International approves preferential issue

Neha International Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 09, 2010, has considered and approved the proposal for issue and offer 75 Lakh convertible warrants to Promoters and Others at a price determined as per SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009 following subject to the member's approval.

The Board also approved setting up of Overseas wholly owned subsidiary to carry on activity of agriculture, related products and equipment.

The Board approved proposal to convene an Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Members, with due notice, on the February 03, 2010 seeking approval for the above resolution.

The stock was trading at Rs.83.15, up by Rs.3.95 or 4.99%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.83.15 and low of Rs.83.15.

The total traded quantity was 72101 compared to 2 week average of 348003.
