Kalpena Plastiks approves allotment of 3260035 shares

Kalpena Plastiks Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 06, 2010, inter alia, has passed unanimous resolution for allotment of 20,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each to M/s. Kalpena Industries Ltd and 12,60,035 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each to M/s. Tara Holding Pvt Ltd, at par, on Preferential Basis.
