Suryachakra Power to consider FCCB issue on Jan 04, 2010

Suryachakra Power Corporation Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 04, 2010, inter alia, to consider and approve the Issue of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) for an aggregate sum not exceeding USD 100 Millions to the Foreign Investors.
