Superhouse EGM approves issue of 9,03,417 warrants

Superhouse Ltd has announced that the shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on January 08, 2007, have approved the issue of 9,03,417 warrants @ Rs 45/- on preferential basis to the promoters / promoters group, by special resolution.

The warrants to be so issued shall have right to subscribe the equal number of equity shares of nominal value of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 35/- per share.
