ICICI Bank allots 4975 equity shares under ESOS

ICICI Bank Ltd has announced that the Bank has allotted 4,975 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each on December 29, 2009 under the Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2000 (ESOS).

The stock closed the day at Rs.880, up by Rs.2.35 or 0.27%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.888.35 and low of Rs.865.
