Indian government to divest 8.38% stake in NMDC through public issue

NMDC Ltd has now announced with reference to disinvestment of the holding of the President of India in the Equity Shares of the Company, that the Government of India has desired to complete the process of disinvestment of 8.38% of paid-up equity in NMDC Ltd, out of government's shareholding through further public offer in the domestic market during the current financial year.

The Stock was trading at Rs.423.60, up by Rs.9.45 or 2.28%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.433 and low of Rs.416.90.

The total traded quantity was 227963 compared to 2 week average of 157235.
