Radhe Developers to consider raising funds on Jan 02, 2010

Radhe Developers India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 02, 2010, inter alia, to consider various options for raising of funds, through launching of Fixed Deposits and also to discuss other means of raising finance for the upcoming projects of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.7.85, down by Rs.0.41 or 4.96%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.8.28 and low of Rs.7.85.

The total traded quantity was 5762568 compared to 2 week average of 5791359.
