Neha International to consider conversion of warrants on Dec 24, 2009

Neha International Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 24, 2009, inter alia, to allot shares to M/s. MVR Projects Pvt. Ltd., a promoter group Company subsequent to conversion of Share Warrants.

The stock closed the day at Rs.51.20, up by Rs.2.40 or 4.92%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.51.20 and low of Rs.51.15.
