Spicejet allots 149400 Equity Shares under ESOS

Spicejet Ltd has announced that the Company on December 14, 2009, has allotted 149,400 equity shares of Rs. 10 each consequent upon exercise of options granted to employees under Employee Stock Option Scheme 2007 (ESOS).

The stock closed the day at Rs.52.10, down by Rs.2.25 or 4.14%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.54.90 and low of Rs.51.60.

The total traded quantity was 2611760 compared to 2 week average of 4773223.
