Ind Swift Laboratories approves allotment of 30 lakh warrants, 142460 shares

Ind Swift Laboratories Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 12, 2009, has approved the allotment of 30,00,000 Zero Coupon Convertible Warrants (2009 Series) to Promoter Group Company at a price of Rs. 50/- per warrant.

The Board also approved the allotment of 142460 Shares to employees under Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP).

The Board approved the resignation of Dr. S. D. Nanda, Director from the Directorship of the Company.

The stock was trading at Rs.73, down by Rs.0.40 or 0.54%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.73.75 and low of Rs.70.20.

The total traded quantity was 45538 compared to 2 week average of 204140.
