Shree Ram Mills to consider allotment of warrants on Dec 16, 2009

Shree Ram Mills Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 16, 2009 to allot the Equity Warrants on preferential basis as well as to consider issue of fresh capital.

The stock closed the day at Rs.136, up by Rs.9.60 or 7.59%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.140 and low of Rs.125.25.

The total traded quantity was 4762 compared to 2 week average of 2334.
