IOL Netcom allots 4250000 warrants

IOL Netcom Ltd has announced that pursuant to the approval of the shareholders and the in-principle approval received from the Stock Exchanges, the Executive Committee of the Board at its meeting held on November 28, 2009, have allotted 42,50,000 (forty two lacs fifty thousands only) equity share warrants to Primesec Investments Ltd.

The stock closed the day at Rs.27.45, up by Rs.1.05 or 3.98%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.27.65 and low of Rs.26.20.

The total traded quantity was 17367 compared to 2 week average of 20743.
