Glenmark Pharmaceuticals allots 27500 Shares

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its Operations Committee Meeting held on November 26, 2009 allotted 27,500 shares to the employees of the Company on exercise of options granted to them pursuant to ESOS 2003.

The stock closed the day at Rs.243.30, down by Rs.10.55 or 4.16%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.254 and low of Rs.240.

The total traded quantity was 333759 compared to 2 week average of 438930.
