GTL Infrastructure allots 600000 Options under ESOS

GTL Infrastructure Ltd has announced that the Committee of Board at its meeting held on November 23, 2009, has allotted 6,00,000 Options at Conversion Price of Rs. 24.37 per option, in terms of the Employees Stock Options Scheme 2005 of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.33.60, up by Rs.1.10 or 3.38%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.33.95 and low of Rs.32.60.

The total traded quantity was 3334367 compared to 2 week average of 2538299.
