Bombay Rayon Fashions closes GDR issue

Bombay Rayon Fashions Ltd has announced that on November 12, 2009, on getting fully subscribed, the Company has decided to close the issue of Global Depository Receipts (GDRs) to the persons resident outside India.

The stock was trading at Rs.199.10, up by Rs.3.80 or 1.95%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.204 and low of Rs.197.

The total traded quantity was 156593 compared to 2 week average of 163308.
