Lesha Energy to consider preferential issue on Nov 12, 2009

Lesha Energy Resources Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 12, 2009, inter alia, to consider issue of shares / debentures / warrants on preferential basis.

The Board will propose to convene an Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the members of the Company for seeking their approval to the above and to pass such other resolutions as may be required to give effect to the same.

The stock was trading at Rs.90, up by Rs.1.90 or 2.16%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.91.80 and low of Rs.86.50.

The total traded quantity was 2700 compared to 2 week average of 11065.
