Amtek Auto allots 4977690 of Equity Shares

Amtek Auto Ltd has announced that Allotment Committee of Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on October 27, 2009 have allotted 4977690 equity shares at Rs. 148.40/- per shares upon the conversion of FCCB's of US $ 15.19 million.

The stock closed the day at Rs.177.95, down by Rs.11.90 or 6.27%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.191.95 and low of Rs.174.55.
