Camlin allots 158500 shares

Camlin Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 14, 2009, has allotted 1,58,500 Equity shares of Re. 1/- each to employees who have exercised their option to apply for equity shares as per the "Camlin Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2008". The shares are allotted at a price of Rs. 16/- per equity share.

Consequent, to this allotment the paid up Equity Share capital of the Company is 6,01,58,500 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.26.90, up by Rs.0.85 or 3.26%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.27.35 and low of Rs.26.45.

The total traded quantity was 493288 compared to 2 week average of 153812.
