HCL Technologies allots 673804 shares

HCL Technologies Ltd has announced that the Employees Stock Option Allotment Committee of the Company has on October 09, 2009 allotted 673,804 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each, under the 1999, 2000 and 2004 Stock Option Plans of the Company.

Consequent to the said allotment the paid-up share capital of the Company has gone upto 671,930,404 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each aggregating to Rs. 134,38,60,808/-.

The stock closed the day at Rs.302.05, up by Rs.5.80 or 1.96%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.304.50 and low of Rs.294.15.

The total traded quantity was 177038 compared to 2 week average of 195858.
