Intense Technologies to consider allotment of warrants on Oct 13, 2009

Intense Technologies Ltd has announced that in pursuance of the Resolution u/s. 81(1A) of the Companies Act, 1956 passed by the shareholders in the AGM held on September 30, 2009, read with SEBI Guidelines on Preferential Issues, a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on October 13, 2009, inter alia, for the purpose of allotment of Equity Warrants convertible into equity shares at a price of Rs. 30/- (including a premium of Rs. 20/-) per share to the specified entity.
