Brushman India to consider raising funds on Oct 20, 2009

Brushman India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 20, 2009, inter alia, to consider and approve, the option of fund raising through GDR / GDS / FCCB / Preferential allotment / Rights issue / Issue of warrants to promoters & others.

The stock closed the day at Rs.14.80. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.15.35 and low of Rs.14.35.
