Garware Wall Allots Convertible Warrants on preferential basis

Garware Wall Ropes Ltd has announced that the Committee of Board of Directors viz "Shareholders/Investors Grievances and Share Transfer Committee", duly authorized by the Board in terms of the authorization given by the members of the Company by passing the resolution at its Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on December 16, 2006, at its meeting held on December 27, 2006 allotted the 27,46,000 Convertible Warrants to the Promoter entities @ Rs 66.50/- per Convertible Warrant and 9,98,000 Convertible Warrants to "GWRL-Managerial Staff Welfare Trust" @ Rs 66.50/- per Convertible Warrant.
