Gemini Communication to list in Deutsche Borse

Gemini Communication Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 21, 2009, inter alia, has decided to list the equity shares in Deutsche Borse (Frankfurt Stock Exchange) in the form of Depository Receipts (DRs) or the applicable route without raising money from the overseas market.

The stock was trading at Rs.16.35, down by Rs.0.05 or 0.30%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.16.90 and low of Rs.16.

The total traded quantity was 140430 compared to 2 week average of 302124.
