HEG to issue NCDs worth Rs 150 crore

HEG Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 05, 2009, has approved the issue of Redeemable Non Convertible Debentures on private placement basis for an aggregate amount of Rs. 150 Crores.

The stock was trading at Rs.261, up by Rs.8.60 or 3.41%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.264.90 and low of Rs.255.60.

The total traded quantity was 7514 compared to 2 week average of 15305.
