Kapil Cotex to allot 360000 shares at Rs 13.50

Kapil Cotex Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 20, 2009, inter alia, have decided the allotment of 3,60,000 Equity Shares at the rate of Rs 13.50/- per Equity Shares to promoters as passed in the EGM.

The Board also accepted the resignation of Mr. Yogesh S Thakkar with immediate effect.
