Marico allots 63900 shares

Marico Ltd has announced that the Corporate Governance Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company met on August 13, 2009 and allotted 63,900 equity shares of the Company of the face value of Re 1 each under the existing Marico Employees Stock Options Scheme 2007.

Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company has increased from 60,90,52,400 equity shares of Re 1/- each aggregating Rs 60,90,52,400 to 60,91,16,300 equity shares of Re 1/- each aggregating Rs 60,91,16,300.
