Celebrity Fashions allots 294118 Equity Shares

Celebrity Fashions Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors have allotted 294118 Equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 7.03/- per share to Mr. Venkatesh Rajagopal, Chairman & Managing Director of the Company on Preferential Basis by a circular resolution.

Further, the Company has informed that, consequent to the above allotment the paid up share capital of the Company has been increased from Rs 17,84,17,210/- comprising of 1,78,41,721 equity shares of Rs 10/- each to Rs 18,13,58,390/- comprising 1,81,35,839 equity shares of Rs 10/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.16.15, down by Rs.0.30 or 1.82%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.16.80 and low of Rs.16.15.

The total traded quantity was 1494 compared to 2 week average of 3755.
