Indus Fila to consider coversion of loans into shares

Indus Fila Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 30, 2009, inter alia, has discussed about consideration of issue of preferential share to promoters by converting their unsecured loans as per SEBI norms and matters consequential thereto, finalization of the date for calling Annual General Meeting. The final outcome about the above matters were postponed to the next meeting.

The stock was trading at Rs.22.95, up by Rs.0.55 or 2.46%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.23.30 and low of Rs.22.15.

The total traded quantity was 13649 compared to 2 week average of 19165.
