Bank of India raises Rs 500 crore

Bank of India has announced that the Bank has raised Tier-II Capital through issue of Upper Tier-II Capital Bonds of Rs 500 Crores on July 28, 2009. The coupon rate is 8.45% p.a. and tenure is 15 years with a Call Option after 10 years.

The stock was trading at Rs.321.50, up by Rs.2.70 or 0.85%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.324.75 and low of Rs.315.50.

The total traded quantity was 165094 compared to 2 week average of 439235.
