Jindal Steel & Power allots 420487 shares under ESOS

Jindal Steel & Power Ltd has announced that the Sub-Committee of Directors at its meeting held on July 21, 2009, has allotted 4,20,487 equity shares of Re 1/- each in accordance with the terms of Employees Stock Option Scheme (ESOS-2005). Consequently with effect from July 21, 2009 the issued and subscribed share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 15,51,30,306.00 divided into 15,51,30,306 equity shares of Re 1/- each.
