Lesha Energy to consider preferential issue on July 21, 2009

Lesha Energy Resources Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 21, 2009, inter alia, to consider issue of shares / debentures / warrants on preferential basis.

The Board also convene an Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the members of the Company for seeking their approval to the above and to pass such other resolutions as may be required to give effect to the same.

The stock closed on Friday at Rs.41.25, up by Rs.1.95 or 4.96%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.41.25 and low of Rs.41.25.

The total traded quantity was 37791 as compared to 2 week average of 10897.
