Polaris Software allots 12300 equity shares under ASOP

Polaris Software Lab Ltd has announced that the Shareholders' Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 16, 2009 has allotted 12,300 numbers of Equity Shares to its employees of the Company under the Associate Stock Option Plan 2003.

The stock closed the day at Rs.101.75, up by Rs.0.50 or 0.49%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.109.80 and low of Rs.100.30.

The total traded quantity was 1324432 compared to 2 week average of 268962.
