Xo Infotech to allot 1.5 crore warrants

Xo Infotech Ltd has announced that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on July 14, 2009 and subject to the approval of the shareholders at their Meeting held on June 21, 2008, it has been decided to allot 1,50,00,000 convertible Equity warrants on Preferential basis to the following allottes. Further the Company has received on applications a sum of Re 50/- per warrant as final call money amounting to Rs 75 Lakhs (Rupees Seventy Five Lakhs Only) towards these warrants now they are fully paid up shares.

The stock closed the day at Rs.2.81, up by Rs.0.13 or 4.85%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.2.81 and low of Rs.2.55.

The total traded quantity was 1500 compared to 2 week average of 1644.
