IOL Netcom to raise funds through preferential issue

IOL Netcom Ltd has announced that the the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 07, 2009, inter alia, has decided to raise fund through preferential basis and/or NCD (Non - Convertible Debentures) and power has been given to Executive Committee.

The stock was trading at Rs.29.30, down by Rs.2.75 or 8.58%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.31.50 and low of Rs.29.25.

The total traded quantity was 10136 compared to 2 week average of 39937.
