Sabero Organics approves allotment of 4672077 warrants

Sabero Organics Gujarat Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 29, 2009, inter alia, has approved the allotment of 46,72,077 Warrants on preferential basis to the Promoters, Persons Acting in Concert with the Promoters and to person other than promoters.

The stock closed the day at Rs.28.45, down by Rs.1.40 or 4.69%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.30.75 and low of Rs.28.40.

The total traded quantity was 302666 compared to 2 week average of 297827.
