Hindustan Wires to consider issue of shares under BIFR / AAIFR scheme

Hindustan Wires Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 12, 2006 for consideration and approval of further issue of equity shares to the Holding Company in terms of the requirement of Sanctioned Rehabilitation Scheme sanctioned by BIFR / AAIFR.
