Glenmark Pharmaceuticals allots 25800 shares

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on June 26, 2009, inter alia, allotted 25,800 shares to the employees of the Company on exercise of options granted to them pursuant to ESOS 2003.
