Pyramid Saimira Board approves QIB issue, warrants issue

Pyramid Saimira Theatre Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 26, 2009, inter alia, has considered and approved the extension of the Financial Year to 15 months upto June 30, 2009.

The Board considered and approved the issue of securities to Qualified Institutional Buyers subject to a maximum of One Crore in one or more tranches.

The Board considered and approved the issue of convertible Warrants to the promoters subject to a maximum of One Crore Warrants.

The stock closed the day at Rs.25.70, down by Rs.1.35 or 4.99%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.27 and low of Rs.25.70.

The total traded quantity was 108805 compared to 2 week average of 128681.
