GTL allots 50000 Warrants under ESOP

GTL Ltd has announced that the Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 24, 2009 considered and approved allotment of 50,000 warrants under the ESOP 2004 Scheme of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.305.10, up by Rs.1.65 or 0.54%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.315 and low of Rs.302.50.

The total traded quantity was 66237 compared to 2 week average of 43496.
