Matrix Laboratories allots 1725170 Equity Shares under ESOP Scheme

Matrix Laboratories Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company, by circulation, have allotted 17,25,170 Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each to Matrix ESOP Trust under ESOP Schemes. Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company has increased to Rs 31,26,77,622/-.

The stock closed the day at Rs.207.25, down by Rs.1.05 or 0.50%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.209 and low of Rs.206.25.
