Paramount Communications seeks EGM approval for stock-split

Paramount Communications Ltd has announced that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the members of the Company will be held on January 05, 2007 to transact the following Special Business:

To obtain consent of members of the Company for sub-division of equity shares of face value of Rs 10/- each to 5 equity shares of Rs 2/- each.

The Company has fixed January 03, 2007 as the Specified Date for ascertaining the eligibility to attended and Note at the said Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company.
