Engineers India Ltd declares 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of Directors of Engineers India Limited in its meeting held on 26th February, 2026 has, declared Second Interim Dividend of Rs. 1.50 per share on the face value of Rs. 5/- each of the Company for the financial year 2025-26.

The Record date for Interim Dividend 2025-26 is Friday, 6th March, 2026. The Second Interim Dividend for the financial year 2025-26 on the equity shares of the Company shall be payable on & from Friday, 20th March, 2026 and within 30 days from the date of declaration of dividend as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
