NBCC India Ltd secures ₹775 Cr DDA Staff Quarters Redevelopment Orders

NBCC (India) Limited received work orders totaling Rs. 775.27 crore (approx., excluding GST and marketing fee) from Delhi Development Authority (DDA) for comprehensive redevelopment of DDA staff quarters in New Delhi.

Project Breakdown

Old Rajinder Nagar: Rs. 437.79 crore - Redevelopment of 117 dwelling units with tentative built-up area (BUA) of 99,635 SQM (excluding external development).

Safdarjung Development Area: Rs. 337.48 crore - Redevelopment of 152 dwelling units with tentative BUA of 65,925 SQM (excluding external development).

Project Model and Scope

Both domestic Project Management Consultancy contracts operate on a self-sustainable model. A portion of developed BUA will be sold to generate funds for project execution, with remaining BUA handed over to DDA for staff use. Final BUA awaits DDA approval post-detailed survey and Detailed Project Report (DPR).
