Ion Exchange allots 13000 Equity Shares

Ion Exchange India Ltd has announced that at the Employees' Stock Option Compensation Committee Meeting held on June 19, 2009, the Committee allotted 13000 equity shares to employees of the Company, pursuant to stock options exercised under the 2nd Grant of Employees' Stock Option Scheme - ESOS 2005.
