Yes Bank allots 102000 shares

Yes Bank Ltd has announced that the Bank has allotted 1,02,000 (One Lac and Two Thousand Only) equity shares of face value of Rs 10/- each on June 20, 2009 under the Joining Stock Option Plan - I (JSOP-I) and Joining Employee Stock Option Plan - II (JESOP-II).
