Magma Leasing equity shareholders to approve Scheme of Amalgamation

Magma Leasing Ltd has announced that pursuant to the Order of Hon'ble High Court of Calcutta, separate meetings of the equity shareholders of the Company and the equity & preference shareholders Shrachi Infrastructure Finance Ltd will be held on December 29, 2006, for the purpose of considering, and, if thought fit, approving with or without modification, a proposed Scheme of Amalgamation between the Company and Shrachi Infrastructure Finance Ltd.
